CALL FOR BIDS Lincoln County Road Oil Lincoln County is soliciting competitive bids from interested parties for the county road oil for the purchase of various grades of road oil to be delivered in truckloads to storage tanks or road construction sites in Libby, Troy and Eureka, Montana as required and when required by each road district foreman. These bids apply for the period from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The delivery locations and required oil types are as follows: Libby Shop: HF-150 HF-250 CRS-2 CRS-2P Troy Shop: HF -150 HF- 250 HF-500 Eureka Store: HF-150 HF-500 All oil must arrive at the point of delivery at a minimum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon delivery, the truck driver takes two (2) samples of the delivered product. The samples are labeled with the time and date of delivery, the type of product and the name of the person taking the samples. They are then given to the road manager. The bid will be awarded to the oil facility that, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, is best suited to perform the work. The Supervisory Board reserves the right to refuse an offer. CALL FOR BIDS Lincoln County Gas and Diesel Lincoln County is soliciting competitive bids from interested parties for county gas and diesel fuel for unspecified quantities of gasoline and diesel fuel, as needed, for the period beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30 2025. The delivery locations and types of fuel required are as follows: Libby Shop: No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuel Regular unleaded gasoline, available at the supplier’s location via a key lock or similar protected automated system with 24-hour access. Troy Shop: Regular Unleaded Gasoline No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuel Eureka Shop: Regular Unleaded Gasoline No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuel, to be delivered or available at the seller’s location via a key lock or similar secure automated system with 24 – hour access. Bids for petrol and diesel fuel will be accepted together, but bidding may also be done separately. Bids for Libby, Troy and Eureka will also be accepted separately. Past performance and the ability to accurately verify delivery amounts will be two of the criteria used in awarding the bid. All fuel bids are based on the OPIS price plus supplier surcharge. By submitting an offer, the seller guarantees that the layout will not change during the term of the contract. During the term of the contract, Lincoln County will randomly verify vendor marks. Any invoice that cannot be verified will not be paid until it has been corrected. CALL FOR BIDS County Legal/Display Advertising Lincoln County is soliciting competitive bids from interested parties for the County Legal/Display Advertising for the one-year period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This contract includes all legal/display -advertisements desired by the province. The minimum requirements for a newspaper to bid for this contract are: the newspaper must be published in the province; B. must be a general bona fide paid distribution with second-class mailing privileges; and C. the newspaper must be of general circulation; and d. the newspaper has been published continuously and at least once a week in the province during the twelve months preceding the award of the contract; and e. has submitted a sworn statement to the clerk and notary before July 1 of each year, which includes: i. circulation during the previous 12 months; ii. an overview of the net payment; iii. specification of the circulation that is paid and free; and iv. the distribution method. The newspaper awarded the contract must also verify to Lincoln County that: the legal advertisement was published on the dates established by the county and in the style established by the county printing office; and B. the price did not exceed the maximum price established by the board of the provincial printing company. Bidders must quote a rate for both legal ads and a rate for eligible display ads. All advertising that may be necessary in connection with the holding of provincial fairs and exhibitions is exempt from this bid price. The Supervisory Board reserves the right to refuse an offer.
