Zoe Brooks helped St. John Vianney to its final Tournament of Champions title in 2022 and a national ranking. The 2023 SJV graduate was a McDonald’s All-American and went from putting the Lady Lancers on the national stage to helping North Carolina State advance to the Final Four in one of the high-profile NCAA women’s basketball tournaments. Brooks had 12 points and five rebounds in the Final Four against eventual national champion South Carolina to cap off a freshman season in which she earned All-ACC freshman honors.

Zoe organized a basketball camp for young hoopsters, 75 of whom came to learn firsthand from the soon-to-be sophomore at NC State. In addition, several Lancers D1 players were present to assist their former teammates. We spoke to Zoe about her incredible year, her role model and what lies ahead for her rapidly rising career.
