Lincoln man arrested after he threatened neighbors with shotgun, police say

A 40-year-old Lincoln man was arrested Friday after a neighbor said he was threatening them with a shotgun, according to the Lincoln Police Department.

At about 5:45 p.m., police responded to a residence in the area of South 30th and F streets on a report of a man threatening two men with a shotgun, LPD spokesperson Erika Thomas said.

Kevin Russell was arrested on suspicion of two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of using a weapon to commit a felony.
